Cem is an English qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation, international arbitration and public law disputes. He trained formally at another City law firm and has also worked at international and regional law firms in London.
Assisted on a case brought before the Court of Appeal concerning the extent of damages in tort where damage is caused to property with pre-existing defects.
Assisted on a case representing 500+ SMEs in a High Court action against Clydesdale Bank PLC and National Australia Bank alleging that the banks improperly charged customers break costs and deliberately concealed profit hidden within interest rates.
