Josh is an English qualified solicitor with experience in complex commercial litigation, including construction and shareholder disputes,  international arbitration,  intellectual property disputes, and contested probate matters. Josh has worked successfully in court proceedings, mediations and settlement negotiations. He completed his formal training at a large regional firm before joining our legal team.

Cases

  • Several construction disputes in the High Court’s Technology & Construction Court regarding insurance contract and indemnity claims for a household-brand national buildings insurer, including advising on a successful claim for £8.8 million of defective building works outside of the jurisdiction.
  • Part of the legal team acting for successful claimants in an international arbitration for unpaid retention under a share sale agreement and dismissal of a multimillion-pound fraud counterclaim at the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration.
  • A successful High Court contested probate matter involving a multimillion-pound estate and claims of will forgeries.
  • Advising a Polish government-owned seaport in a €34 million defamation claim.
