Recent Cases 

Advising India’s largest international airline carrier in several contentious and non-contentious matters including aircraft leasing and maintenance issues, claims under EC Regulation 261/2004 and the Montreal Convention. 

Advising clients in respect of their aircraft leasing agreements, matters arising out of or related to the Covid-19 outbreak and the protections they may have under their lease agreements in the event of default.   

Acting for the claimant in a High Court claim arising out of a joint venture agreement for the dismantling of Boeing 727 aircraft and the sale of parts.  

Acting for an international aircraft charterer in its High Court claim against a UAE company for breach of a charter/lease agreement to carry Haj pilgrims to Saudi Arabia. 

Advising a major Turkmenistan airline carrier in respect of non-contentious employment issues with its UK based employees.  

Acting for a US-based aviation company in a High Court claim arising out of a joint venture to establish and operate a flight training academy in the UAE.
